Provençal Experience

• Context: corporate event during an international congress in Monaco
• Request: find a typical, picturesque venue for a relaxing lunch between clients and partners near Monaco
• Recommendation: an authentic restaurant in a privileged environment with a French bowls area (near to the sea and very near to Monaco)

The venue of choice was a beach hut which was a stark contrast to the sophistication of Monaco and the time dedicated to work. A shuttle service between the convention centre and the restaurant allows guests to reach the reception venue. Guests are welcomed by bilingual hostesses in company colours and taste an aperitif accompanied by regional specialities (pastis, stuffed vegetables, onion tart, etc.). The cuisine is locally inspired with a buffet lunch and barbecue. In keeping with Provençal tradition, a French bowls tournament is organised with prizes for the winners. The return by shuttle is provided to the different hotels.

A very successful event which is now recurrent!
